Mother's Day Is Exhausting!
It seems that the laundry room is also a good place to crash after a long day of being nice to mom. :)
My Favorite Gift
Jeff took the kids down to the grocery store and they got to decorate a cake for me, then have their picture taken and put in a special card. They were very proud of their creation (and couldn't wait to help me eat it).

Our Castle
We built the original castle last fall. It had a main room, a hallway, and two side rooms. The whole thing actually made it through the winter and into this spring with no damage, so the kids and I made the executive decision to add another wing... and while we were at it, a garage. So here is our new and improved creation. (Front room, longer hallway, 4 bedrooms, mud room, and 1 car/1 bike garage) Plus, the kids had fun painting before I sprayed on some bricks.

Little Entrepreneur
The little boy who didn't want to sell cookies at the garage sale was peddling books from a little stand he set up as soon as he realized that people actually pay you for stuff. :)

Not A "Little" Kid Anymore
3 1/2 years old and she has decided that she can handle the "big" kid side of the playground just fine. Leave Tiny Tot Land to the babies. :)
Definate Park Weather
It was 75 degrees and we couldn't wait to spend the afternoon playing at the park.
