Decorating Cupcakes at Fred Meyer. Cassidy won a cake during the cake walk, then they decorated a package of cupcakes. Between the cakes and the mountains of candy... we are sooo tired of sugar in this house!!

Crazy Hat Day

Brandon won best hat for the whole 2nd grade! He came home very proud with all his prizes. We were so excited for him because he really did work hard on his hat! :)

Fun with Cousins

Carving the Pumpkins

The kids got to pick their patterns and carve their own pumpkins this year. No help from mom this time!! They had a lot of fun except for the cleaning part. The one part of pumpkin carving that I was more than happy to give up!!



They got right to work poking holes in their pumpkins!

Brandon was deep in concentration and Cassidy was just thrilled she got to use the carving tools. :)

A Little Girl's Dream Come True!

She is psyched!!!!

Sophie is freaked by the big dino. We bribed and coaxed for about 15 min to try to get her near Kota by putting treats in it's mouth. When she finally got the guts to take the treat, Kota bit down on her nose! LOL!!

Practicing Already?!

Even though they had played their last games the day before, after we went swimming on Sunday morning, both kids (esp Cassidy) were dying to go to the field and play some more soccer. They decided we will have to make it our weekly routine. So I promised weekly trip to the soccer field for as long as the weather will allow us!
Cassidy and Brandon spent nearly an hour scrimmaging against each other. They let me play once in a while, but mostly, I was allowed to take pictures.
