Soccer Days are here again!

Taking a shot on the goal

Our littlest player. :)

To everyone's surprise, the only goal of the game was scored by our littlest player. She kicked the ball away from the other team and blew down the field with it to score a goal! Go Cassidy!

Walking with the Dinosaurs

Very excited for the show to start! We bought the tickets and gave them to Cass on her birthday. So she has waited 4 long months to see it!

We were in the second row and the view was spectacular!

There isn't much to say except it was unbelievable how real everything was, how big the dinosaurs were and how awesome the whole show was. So so glad we went!

First Day of Spring Soccer

They were both pretty excited to finally get to start the season.

Too excited to just get in the van and go... they had to chase around in the yard first. :)

Instead of going into the 6 year old division, we moved Cassidy up this year. So her and Brandon are playing in the U-8 division on the same team. I am one of the coaches too, which is sure to get more and more interesting as my belly grows!
Brandon did awesome! He was everywhere and kicking great!

Cassidy even had a breakaway or two during the game.

Easter 2010

Easter Baskets... or washtubs as the case may be. :)
The kids didn't get a chance to paint eggs this year... so I thought it might be fun for them to paint one really big one. :)
After a long morning of waiting (on my part), the kids finally woke up and remembered that it was Easter and they had baskets waiting for them.
All spiffed up and heading to Grammy and Papa's House.
Yummy Easter Brunch
Uncle Greg and Kim bought the kids some fun Easter gifts. Cassidy got a jump rope and was THRILLED!
Brandon got a new kite and after a few technical difficulties, they got it up and going!
Grammy sent them on an Easter Basket hunt throughout the house. After following several clues, they each discovered their baskets. :)
One of the gifts in the baskets was silly string... um... good idea, or bad idea?
The kids and I headed home to meet up with Jeff when he got off work, and Grandma and Grandpa came over with some Easter Goodies too! Brandon was so so excited with his new Ripley's Believe It or Not book!
Easter Eggs magically appeared all over the back yard... not sure who was more excited. Sophie, or the kids.
Counting and Sorting the Loot

Then it was time to eat dinner and just relax for the rest of the night... we all had a great Easter!
