Ethan worked really really hard on Brandon's birthday card and wrapping paper.

Today is Brandon's 13th birthday. 

 Today, also happens to be the day they are doing Ethan's kidney biopsy.  Pre-surgery he was pretty smiley.... Post surgery, not so much.

The birthday boy came to the hospital so he could receive a special present from his little brother
