Cassidy's First Theater Experience

Cassidy went to her first play ever with Grammy. She really, really enjoyed it and would very much like to be in a play someday. :)

I have had to do some rearranging while trying to get all the bedrooms shuffled. I had to find a new place for my photo albums of the kids... it's amazing, I didn't really notice how many I had until I started moving them!

Little Miss Speckles

She woke up on Friday with Spotted Cheeks, on Sat they had spread to her back, Sunday they had progressed down her arms and by Monday she was head to toe speckles! Luckily by Tues the ones on her cheeks started to disappear and the rest followed suit. :) She was quite a sight for a few days!

Cassidy fell on her way to the bus stop. Instead of coming back home, she and Brandon were worried about missing the bus so she went to school with her face all busted up and bleeding. We now have a rule... "If someone is bleeding from the head... come home. I can drive you to school!"

The kids saved their allowance and each of them bought a new guitar tonight.

His shipment of books came from Barnes and Noble! After reading and really liking the first book, he ordered the next 4 books in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. He was so excited! The box was opened and he didn't even move from the spot on the floor he was sitting when he opened them before he dove into his first book.

Happy New Year!

They made it until midnight (barely)! Jeff had to head to bed early but the kids and I stayed up playing board games and watching movies until midnight. After the ball dropped... so did they!




Brandon even got a kiss at midnight!
