The boys and I headed to Seattle for the weekend. Brandon's team was playing a tournament in Redmond.
Day 1
We drove up and went straight from van to soccer field.
Brandon decided to chill out at the motel for a bit. Ethan and I went down to the field to watch another game. He found a couple of kids to play with. I couldn't resist the shadow pictures.
Day 2
Brandon had two games today, so there wasn't much time to do much running around and exploring.
Two hour break, then time for the next one.
It was high 90's all weekend... and this kid was voluntarily wearing long sleeves and heavy gloves.
It was a long hot day.... we didn't feel like venturing too far for dinner. So we found a Denny's nearby.
Then back to the motel to get ready for bed and try to keep connected to the crappy wifi.
Day 3
The team didn't have enough points to advance, so we ended up having Sunday morning free. We decided to head down to the waterfront and to Pike's Market before we made the trip back home.
Lunch at the Crab Pot, then back home we went.
